Student accommodation in Bordeaux
Bordeaux combines one of France's largest universities — the Université de Bordeaux, with more than 50,000 students — with Université Bordeaux Montaigne, Sciences Po Bordeaux and KEDGE Business School. Most campuses are in Talence and Pessac, to the south, linked to the centre by tram line B. Two hours from Paris by train and an hour from the Atlantic beaches, it is a very liveable city and far more affordable than the capital. We are adding the first rooms in Bordeaux, Talence and Mérignac.

Frequently asked questions
How much does student accommodation cost in Bordeaux?
Rooms in Bordeaux student residences for the 2026/27 academic year are published here as soon as they are released. Inventory updates daily — check back soon or message us.
Are the residences in Bordeaux well located?
Yes: our residences in Bordeaux are in university districts or right in the centre, well connected to every campus on foot or by public transport.
Do I need a guarantor to book a residence?
No. Student residences let you book by paying upfront or in instalments, with no local guarantor. It's one of their big advantages for international students.
What does the price include?
All the essentials: wifi, water, electricity and heating, plus the building's communal areas (gym, study rooms, cinema or laundry depending on the residence). No separate bills, no service charges.
When does the academic year start and when should I book?
The 2026/27 academic year starts in September. Standard tenancies run 44 weeks (September to July) or 51 weeks (full year), and rooms sell out between spring and late summer — the earlier you book, the more studio types you'll have to choose from.
