Country Growth Lead — Italy
You will own Lupo Rooms' go-to-market in Italy: signing agencies and property owners, opening new cities and growing our supply of verified rooms. Full ownership of the country's B2B pipeline, working side by side with the founders and with clear growth targets.
What we are looking for
- Native Italian (must-have)
- Proven B2B sales experience
- Lots of initiative and hunger to grow: we give you the country, you make it grow
- Fluent Spanish and/or English for day-to-day teamwork
- On-site at our offices at Emprèn UPC (Barcelona), with 1.5 remote days per week
Country Growth Lead — Spain
You will own Lupo Rooms' go-to-market in Spain, our newest market: signing agencies and property owners, opening cities and replicating the playbook that already works in Italy. Full ownership of the country's B2B pipeline, working side by side with the founders.
What we are looking for
- Native Spanish (must-have)
- Proven B2B sales experience
- Lots of initiative and hunger to grow: brand-new market, huge upside
- Fluent English; Italian is a plus
- On-site at our offices at Emprèn UPC (Barcelona), with 1.5 remote days per week
Founding GTM — B2B Sales
First 100% sales hire of the GTM team. Prospecting, demos and closing agencies and property owners across Italy and Spain, building Lupo Rooms' sales playbook from scratch together with the founders. A true founding role: maximum exposure, maximum learning and real room to grow.
What we are looking for
- B2B sales experience (prospecting and closing)
- Native Spanish or Italian, depending on the market you cover; the second language is a plus
- Hunter profile with lots of initiative and hunger to grow
- Fluent English is a plus
- On-site at our offices at Emprèn UPC (Barcelona), with 1.5 remote days per week
Internship — Customer Service & Operations
You will support students and property owners across the whole booking cycle: questions, check-ins, incidents and the day-to-day operations of the marketplace. You will learn how a fast-growing proptech startup works from the inside.
What we are looking for
- Internship agreement with your university or school
- Fluent Spanish and English; Italian is a big plus
- Resourceful, empathetic and full of initiative
- Full-time or part-time
- On-site at our offices at Emprèn UPC (Barcelona), with 1.5 remote days per week
Internship — Marketing & Social Media
You will create content for TikTok and Instagram, grow our Erasmus community and support acquisition and SEO campaigns. You will see the impact of your work on real metrics from week one.

- Internship agreement with your university or school
- Creativity and fluency with social media (TikTok / Instagram)
- Fluent Spanish and English
- Full-time or part-time
