Do I have to pay anything to send a booking request?

No. Sending a request is free. We only ask for a valid card so we can automatically confirm the payment if the landlord accepts.

The booking is confirmed only when the landlord accepts and the first month's rent and the booking fee have been charged.

Can I book from any country?

Yes. You can book from anywhere in the world. Lupo Rooms is designed for international and Erasmus students.

What happens if the landlord doesn't accept my request?

No charge is made and your card is not debited.

Yes. You decide who you accept. The charge is only made when you accept the request.

When do I pay for the room?

You only pay once the landlord accepts your request. At that moment we charge:
1. the first month's rent
2. the booking fee (tenant protection)

What does the booking fee include?

It covers booking management, listing verification, support, and protection against fraud or fake listings.

When is the money released to the landlord?

48 hours after your check-in, to make sure everything is in order.
