Below we explain what cookies are, what we use them for, the list of cookies we use, and how they can be configured and, where applicable, disabled.

Their main purpose is to recognise the user each time they access the Website, while also helping to improve quality and deliver a better service.
Cookies are essential for the internet to function and at Lupo Rooms we use them to:
- To make the site work: keep you logged in, protect forms and payments and remember your cookie choice.
- To remember your preferences, such as the last cities you searched for.
- Only if you accept: to measure how the site is used so we can improve it (Google Analytics).
- Only if you accept: to know which campaign or partner brought you to us so the booking can be attributed (marketing attribution).
Technical and preference cookies are always set, because without them the site does not work or cannot remember your choices. Analytics and marketing cookies are only set if you accept them in the cookie notice, and you can change your mind at any time.
Below you will find a classification of the cookies we use, bearing in mind that the same cookie may fall into more than one category.

In addition, in the owner dashboard we store in the browser's local storage (localStorage) which step of the tutorial you are on, so it is not repeated. It is not used to track you and does not leave your device.
If you do not accept marketing cookies, the campaign or partner link you arrived with is only remembered for the duration of your visit, within your session, without storing any marketing cookie in your browser.
You can accept, reject or change your choice whenever you like from the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page, or with the button below. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it: from that moment we stop loading Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, and we delete the marketing cookies and the _ga cookies from our domain.
You can also block or delete cookies from your browser settings. If you block the technical ones, some parts of the site (logging in, booking or paying) may stop working.

Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager are provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland).
