Search by city and dates
Enter your city, your dates and how many of you there are. You only see rooms with real photos and the final price, no small print.
We review every listing before it goes live.

2Request
Send your request without paying
Pick the room, confirm your dates and introduce yourself to the landlord in a couple of lines. Your card is saved, but you're not charged anything today.
You pay nothing until the landlord accepts.

3Confirm
The landlord accepts and the room is yours
Once they accept, the first payment is charged and your place is booked. If they don't reply within 72 hours, the request is cancelled automatically.
Your payment is protected by Lupo Rooms.

4Move in
Get your contract and move in
You get the contract, arrange the key handover and move in. If something doesn't match the listing, our team will help you.
The landlord doesn't get your money until you move in.

It's saved when you send your request and only charged if the landlord accepts.
Your dates
Move-in and move-out day. You can change them before sending your request.

Who you are and what you're going to study. It helps the landlord accept you sooner.

No bank transfers to strangers: every payment goes through Lupo Rooms.

The first payment is charged: your first month's rent and the Lupo Rooms protection, plus the deposit if the listing asks for one.

FAQ about booking
Am I charged anything when I send the request?
No. When you send the request you only save your card. The first payment is charged only when the landlord accepts your request.
What happens if the landlord doesn't reply?
If there's no reply within 72 hours (not counting the weekend), the request is cancelled automatically and you're not charged anything. You can request another room whenever you like.
What does the first payment include?
Your first month's rent and the Lupo Rooms protection. If the listing asks for a deposit, that's included too. You can see the breakdown on each room's page before you request it.
Can I book without seeing the room in person?
Yes. We review every listing before it goes live, and the landlord doesn't get your money until you move in. If something doesn't match the listing, our team will help you.
When do I get the contract?
Once the landlord accepts your request, you'll get the contract so you can review it before you arrive.
