Contract Monthly
A monthly contract is a type of contract where full months are charged. If you move in on a date other than the first day of the month, you will still be charged for the whole month, not only for the nights you booked.
This directly affects the contract start date, which will always be the first day of the month.

Full Payment
You pay the full month, with no pro-rata for days not used.

Officially, your contract always starts on the 1st of the month.

You reserve the full property for yourself during the whole period.
Contract Fortnightly
The fortnightly contract is a flexible option where payments are made every 15 days. Ideal for mid-length stays or when you need more flexibility with your dates.
The contract is split into fifteen-day periods, and the payment is adjusted according to the fortnight in which you start your stay.
