Flatsharing in Florence: how it works

In Florence, flatsharing gives access to areas that would be expensive on your own. Campo di Marte, Novoli and the areas near the centre have plenty of student shared flats. Agree the split of shared bills in writing with your flatmates.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a shared room cost in Florence?

A room in a shared flat in Florence usually costs between 350 and 500 euros per month depending on the area, cheaper than a single room. On Lupo Rooms you see the final price per room, with no hidden fees.

How do I find flatmates in Florence?

On Lupo Rooms many rooms are already part of shared flats; when you book you move straight in. Filter by area (Campo di Marte, Novoli…) to be close to your faculty.

What does the rent usually include?

It depends on each room, but it usually includes furniture and, in many cases, bills (water, electricity, gas, internet). Each listing clearly shows what is included and which costs are separate before you book.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The price you see is the price you pay: no agency fees and no surprise charges. Every room is verified by our team before it goes live.
