The apartment is located in the residential neighborhood of San Gregorio, a strategic location just steps from the Portello area, which allows you to reach the university faculties, the city center squares, and the hospital in just a few minutes on foot or by bike. Furthermore, the area, well-served and lively, offers within walking distance of the apartment: • pizzerias, restaurants, fast food outlets, pharmacies, the Giotto shopping center, Conad supermarket, and Mediaworld; • pharmacies, a bicycle shop, pizzerias, restaurants, bars, and many other services; • City parks, green spaces, and the Piovego River cycle/pedestrian path; • Many city bus lines stop there, allowing you to reach every area of Padua in just a few minutes.
The recently renovated apartment (April 2022) is spread over two floors and includes: Kitchen and bedrooms overlooking the shared terrace. On the first floor: 2 bathrooms (one with a window and a bathtub and one with a windowless shower), 1 double bedroom, 1 double bedroom with access to the terrace, 2 very bright single bedrooms; On the second floor: 1 double bedroom with air conditioning, private bathroom and direct access to the shared terrace. Tenants are not required to register their utilities as the All-Inclusive Plan of €110 per person is provided, which includes all utilities and expenses: Electricity*, water, gas*; Heating*; Garbage; Condominium fees; Unlimited ultra-fast WI-FI Internet; Assistance service in case of maintenance; Monthly cleaning of the common areas. *To encourage moderate use of energy sources and avoid waste, the All-Inclusive plan has a maximum consumption limit for these utilities. Any excess will be borne by the tenants. An Administrative Fee is required, which includes: contract registration costs, payment of the registration tax, and room cleaning and sanitization at the beginning and end of the stay.
