Fixed-term stay with the residence
You book a fixed period (e.g. 44 or 51 weeks) with set start and end dates.
You sign the contract online with the residence when you complete the booking: choose your payment plan (1, 2 or 4 instalments), pay the first payment — an advance of about 2 weeks' rent (4 in Barcelona) deducted from your contract — and get confirmation within 24 hours.
No guarantor and no deposit. The contract covers the winter holidays; the 51-week option covers the summer too.

Do I need to be a student to live here? expand_more
Yes. This residence is exclusively for full-time students aged 17 or over.
What does the rent include? expand_more
Everything: utilities (electricity, water, heating), superfast wifi and the building services listed in the “The residence” section of this page. Fortnightly cleaning of your studio is included too. No separate bills, no surprises.
Do I need a guarantor or a deposit? expand_more
No. No guarantor and no deposit. When you book you simply pay the first 2 weeks of rent of your contract in advance (4 in Barcelona); it isn't a deposit — it's rent you actually use, which is why it isn't returned at the end. Any damage to the room would be charged separately.
How do I pay the rent? expand_more
Choose to pay in 1, 2 or 4 instalments when you book, by card or bank transfer; international students can even pay to a local bank in their own currency. You'll see the exact dates and amounts of each instalment before confirming.
Can I cancel my booking? expand_more
You have a free 48-hour cooling-off period from the moment you book. On top of that there are two guarantees: if you don't get your university place or your student visa is refused, you can cancel for free (written notice in time plus evidence). Contact us and we'll help you with the process.
Can I stay during the holidays? expand_more
Yes. Winter holidays are included in your contract, and if you choose the 51-week contract you can stay over the summer too.
Can I live with my partner (dual occupancy)? expand_more

Can I have visitors? expand_more
Of course. A guest can stay up to 2 consecutive nights for free; just sign them in at reception and stay with them while they're in the building.

Yes: every two weeks the housekeeping team cleans your studio's floor, kitchen worktop and bathroom. Communal areas are cleaned daily.
